Who is Padma?
Ashley Padma is a master 500 E-RYT yoga teacher, with advanced training in Bali and India and over a decade of teaching experience around the world. She brings a rich and diverse background in yoga, offering a wide range of styles including traditional Himalayan, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and meditation.
In addition to her yoga expertise, Ashley is a certified trauma-informed and somatic practitioner, Thai massage therapist, Level 1–3 sound healer, and breathwork facilitator, offering a multidimensional approach to wellness and personal transformation.
Struggling with anxiety and overthinking in her own life, Ashley was drawn to the practices of breathwork and sound healing. Through these tools, she discovered a profound capacity to calm her mind and regulate her nervous system. Their transformative effect was so powerful that she felt called to share them with others on the path of healing and self-discovery.
She teaches with a holistic, heart-centered approach, drawing from deep Eastern wisdom to create practices that nourish the body, mind, and spirit.
Known for her gentle guidance and intuitive understanding of individual needs, she creates a supportive, inclusive space where students can safely explore, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
When she is not practicing yoga, Ashley loves taking adventures with her dog Gypsy, hiking, surrounding herself in nature, listening to music, dancing, climbing and being active.
