Awakened Breathwork
This session blends elements of holotropic breathwork with a 3-part conscious breathing technique, breath retentions, and vocal toning which helps oxygenate the body, quiet the mind, and access deeper layers of the subconscious.
This style of breathing activates the sympathetic (fight-or-flight), moving you beyond the thinking mind andclearing energetic blocks. Breath retentions allow stillness within and vocal toning helps move stuck energy and activate the vagus nerve, creating space for release.
When paired with sacred healing sound—such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, voice—vibrational frequencies further support regulation, integration, and a sense of grounded presence, bringing you into a parasympathetic state (rest and digest).
The Tibetan bowls will be placed on your heart during the session, allowing the sound to resonate directly into the body and deepen the sense of calm, connection, and energetic alignment.

Calming Breath Techniques
Learn simple yet powerful breathing practices that activate the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s natural relaxation response. Techniques such as box breathing, Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril), Anulom Vilom, diaphragmatic breathing, 4-7-8 breath, and pursed lip breathing help quiet the mind and bring the body into balance.
