Meet your Facilitator
Ashley Williams
Ashley is a 500-hour E-RYT master yoga teacher, trauma-informed somatic practitioner, breathwork facilitator, sound healer, and Thai massage therapist with over 11 years of experience teaching around the world.
She creates grounded, compassionate spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, sound, and nervous system regulation. Ashley's intention is to help others feel more present, empowered, and at home in their bodies.
One of the most meaningful parts of her healing journey has been working with psilocybin in intentional, supportive settings. They have gently reawakened a playful, childlike sense of wonder, softened the walls around her heart, and deepened her capacity for presence, connection, and joy. Those experiences have reminded her that healing isn't only about processing pain. It's also about rediscovering curiosity, laughter, creativity, and the freedom to fully embrace life. This personal journey continues to inspire the compassion, openness, and authenticity she brings to the spaces she facilitates.
